CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Technical Customer Support Specialist candidates in the West Lebanon, NH area. The Technical Customer Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for customers experiencing mechanical issues with industry equipment. In addition to live technical support, this role is also responsible for the diagnosis and repair of equipment returned for both warranty and non-warranty service.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical phone support to all customers and account reps
Equipment troubleshooting to determine required equipment repairs necessary.
Diagnose and determine parts needed and process shipment orders.
Create service call and dispatch to area authorized rep.
Log in returned equipment and parts for QC testing.
Set up, inspect and evaluate functionality of equipment and parts, and repair as needed.
Determine if equipment and parts will be used, refurbish for resale, recycle or disposal.
Prepare all documentation regarding test results and movement of defined inventory disposition.
Maintain used/refurbished equipment and parts inventories in an organized fashion
Organize all equipment, parts and tools into proper location.

Desired Background/Skills:

Must possess Mechanical aptitude and ability.
Working knowledge and understanding of computers
Detail-oriented and organized.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
