CoWorx is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor in the Holyoke MA area for a multi-site agriculture product manufacturer![br[

It’s onsite (Mon-Fri) in Holyoke, MA from 2pm-10:30pm EST.

The Warehouse Supervisor manages warehouse inventory and staff to ensure that products are received, stored and shipped out in an accurate and efficient manner.

$50-70k base salary + Quarterly and Annual bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct all warehouse employees.
Ensure orders are picked, loaded and delivered to the customer properly. Complete all paperwork and BOL’s regarding deliveries and ensure loads are entered in ERP correctly.
Meet all applicable standards and regulations for safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
Monitor all plant operations and ensure warehouse is staffed and scheduled to support production.
Ensure all pick locations are set up properly. Maintain products in appropriate location based on frequency of use.
Assist Operations Manager as needed when shipping hazardous waste offsite.
Directs workforce to perform cycle counts as documented in ERP. Investigates any discrepancies and reports findings to management.
Prepare daily documentation of deliveries, transfers and shipments to be entered into ERP assuring accurate inventory counts.
Leads the development of associate’s skill development, executes the training and qualification process, documents the training.
Supervise all forklift operations and document employees are operating in a safe manner.
Manage proper transport, packaging and placement of products.
Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed and warehouse is free from hazards.
Abide by and enforce facility policies and federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of employees.
Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks.
Confirm deliveries and pickups as necessary.

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma , GED or relevant work experience required
3+ years of warehouse experience
Strong communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
