CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Packer to join our warehouse team in the Elk Grove Village, IL area. This role is responsible for efficiently packing and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to meeting customer expectations. The position requires working a 7am–7pm shift on a rotating 3-day/4-day schedule, including weekends, and steel-toed boots are mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Accurately pack and label customer orders according to company standards
Verify product quality and correct items before packaging
Prepare shipping materials (boxes, labels, tape, etc.) and assemble boxes or containers
Perform visual inspections of products and report any damaged or missing items
Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming shipments
Help with inventory counts and cycle counts as required
Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)

Desired Background/Skills:

Be at least 18 years old or older
Previous warehouse, packing, or shipping experience is a plus but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Other Information:

7a-7p 3 day 4 day rotating schedule, must have weekend availability.
