CoWorx is seeking Quality Technicians in the Whitinsville, MA.

This role is responsible for inspecting and testing electrical control systems to ensure they meet customer and regulatory standards.

The position works closely with engineering and production teams to identify issues, improve processes, and maintain accurate quality documentation.

Strong attention to detail and experience with electrical testing are essential.

Responsibilities:

Perform final inspection and testing of electrical control systems using schematics and test equipment
Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve product test failures
Maintain accurate test records and quality documentation
Support engineering and production teams to improve product quality
Assist with training inspectors and production staff on quality standards

Desired Background/Skills:

Degree or technical certification in an electrical field or equivalent experience
Experience in electrical testing or quality inspection
Ability to read electrical schematics and use electrical test equipment
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
