CoWorx is seeking a experienced Warehouse Lead in the Bolingbrook, IL area!

As a Lead Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving productivity, quality, and safety across warehouse operations. You’ll lead by example—motivating associates, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining an error-free environment. Responsibilities:

Assign daily work and monitor team activities to ensure productivity goals are met
Train and instruct associates on proper equipment use, operational processes, maintenance, and housekeeping standards
Ensure tools, materials, and supplies are available and properly maintained
Oversee equipment usage and enforce all safety programs and procedures
Manage inventory levels and perform merchandise reconciliation
Address performance issues, resolve operational challenges, and take corrective action when needed to support team success

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older
4+ years of warehouse experience
Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled
