Kitting Nights- Shifts

Tues- Friday 12am-10:30am
Sat- Tues 12am-10:30am
Mon-Thurs 2pm-12:30am
Fri-Mon 2pm-12:30am

Responsibilities:

Job Description:

1. Inventory Management

Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory, including racks & trays, networking equipment, and other hardware.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation for all items received and shipped.
Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

2. Shipping and Receiving

Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments.
Upload, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
Transport inventory by hand using material handling equipment (i.e. forklifts or pallet jacks) in accordance with all safety procedures and protocol.

3. Facility Maintenance

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including storage areas and shipping/receiving docks.
Assist with the disposal of packaging materials and obsolete equipment as needed.

Desired Background/Skills:

What you need to succeed:

Experience operating material handling equipment.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed.
1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
Experience using a handheld scanner.
Positive attitude and the ability to work on a team to achieve goals and objectives.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be comfortable working in a completely metal free facility, which includes having no metal pieces in clothing.
Over the ankle, composite toe shoes that are ESD compliant are required.
