Do you have experience with soldering or technical troubleshooting? We have a direct hire opportunity on 2nd or 3rd shift at Whelen Engineering for a Repair Technician to join their Surface Mount Technology Team.

Responsibilities:

Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electronic equipment, circuit boards, components, and wiring.
Perform repairs at the component or board level using soldering tools, meter, and diagnostic equipment.
Conduct functional tests after repair to ensure device reliability and compliance with quality standards.

Desired Background/Skills:

Precise and detail oriented.
Experience in electronic device repair, electronics assembly, or technical troubleshooting.
Proficient in soldering preferred.
High School w/ 3+ years’ experience or AA/AS/Technical School w/ 1-3 years’ experience
