CoWorx Staffing is hiring Stand-Up Forklift Operators in the Saint Charles, IL area!

Shift: 3rd 11:00pm-7:00am 8/hr with OT

Responsibilities:

Operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse and production areas
Move paper stock, printed materials, packaging supplies, and finished products
Load and unload trucks, pallets, and skids safely and efficiently
Supply production lines with required materials and remove completed product
Accurately stage, store, and retrieve materials from designated locations
Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
Follow all RRD safety policies, GMP guidelines, and warehouse procedures
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Assist with general warehouse or production support tasks as needed

Work Environment

Fast-paced production and warehouse setting
Exposure to machinery, paper dust, and industrial equipment
Noise levels may vary

Requirements:

Previous stand-up forklift experience required
Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Experience in a production, printing, or distribution environment is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs
Repetitive bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
Comfortable working in a warehouse/production environment with moving equipment and varying temperatures
