CoWorx is seeking Machine Operator on the Weekend Shift in the Watertown, CT area!

This position plays a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, performing routine inspections, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that finished products meet established standards.

Responsibilities:

Air blow finished products to remove loose materials
Place products in designated storage or staging areas
Perform visual inspections using aided and unaided methods
Complete all required production and product records accurately
Identify and separate rejected or on-hold products from acceptable stock
Conduct routine visual inspections for quality assurance
Separate runners (excess plastic or material) from products
Properly label materials to ensure traceability and prevent mix-ups
Alert supervisor to any issues in the production process
Feed raw materials into production equipment
Monitor machinery and the production process to ensure efficiency
Perform basic quality checks and simple testing procedures
Operate lifting equipment safely when required
Clean and maintain machinery and workstations

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older
1-2 years of prior manufacturing experience
Must have the ability to train for 2 weeks Monday-Friday from 7:00am – 7:00pm
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
