CoWorx Staffing is currently accepting applications for an experienced Team Leader, Logistics Systems, to manage and develop a multi-level logistics systems team while overseeing ASRS, AGV, and WMS technologies that enable world-class warehouse operations.

This role drives automation initiatives, optimizes complex system integrations, and ensures accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational and customer needs. This position is ideal for a systems-savvy logistics leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-tech, highly automated environments.

This is a F/T, direct placement, onsite role, M-F, 8:30 -5pm with a target salary of $95K – $100K.

Responsibilities:

Major Duties

Lead and manage a multi-level logistics systems team (Analyst I, Analyst II, Systems Lead), including setting goals, evaluating performance, and supporting continuous development.
Oversee ASRS systems, AGVs, and WMS technologies supporting warehouse operations.
Optimize logistics systems processes across Belimo Americas to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with production, warehousing, and customer needs.
Develop and maintain all process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for logistics systems.
Lead and support process improvement initiatives with automation vendors, logistics, customization, IT, and maintenance teams.
Manage complex automation projects, including troubleshooting, testing, and cross-system integration.
Drive collaboration between operational teams and technical stakeholders to resolve cross-functional workflow challenges.
Support continuous improvement of automated warehouse processes.
Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and healthy working environment (HSSE).
Participate in or lead regional/global projects related to logistics systems and automation.

Desired Background/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree required (BS).
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Operations, Automation, or Manufacturing.
5+ years of experience with warehouse automation and integrated logistics systems.
Hands-on experience with functional and end-to-end system testing.
Project management experience required.
Prior experience with SAP / SAP EWM.
Strong continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
Proven problem-solver with a solution-oriented approach.
Skilled at managing multiple, diverse priorities simultaneously.
