We are now accepting applications for a Team Lead, Supply Chain with strong electronics sourcing and procurement experience—specifically PCBs, cable assemblies, sensors, and related components. This role is critical to managing new and existing supply chains for assigned commodities and ensuring the uninterrupted flow of materials supporting client Customization (USA). You will directly lead and mentor a team of three (two other Team Leads in the department), supporting daily operations, strategic sourcing initiatives, and supplier relationships. We are open to candidates with 1–2 years of leadership experience, as long as they have had direct reports and a proven track record of developing others. This is direct hire, hybrid role requiring candidates to be onsite every Monday and Friday, with flexibility to come in 3–4 days per week as needed. |

Responsibilities:
You will lead sourcing initiatives, build and mentor a strong purchasing team, and work directly with global suppliers—especially those supporting electronics manufacturing such as PCBs, cables, and sensors. |

Desired Background/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a technical field (electronics highly preferred). |
