CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking 2nd Shift Kitchen Prep candidates in the York, ME area.

The Kitchen Prep team members supports the Lead Cook by preparing and processing products in accordance with recipes and quality standards. This role is essential in ensuring efficient production while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist cooks with cooking and processing products according to company standards
Prepare raw materials and set up kettles for production and filling
Weigh, open, measure, transfer, and prepare ingredients for cooks
Support cooks as needed to meet the daily production schedule
Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the shift and at shift end
Report any safety, quality, or equipment concerns to the appropriate manager

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older
Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and safety guidelines
Willingness to cross-train and work in different production areas
Strong attention to cleanliness, quality, and teamwork
