We are currently seeking Manufacturing Associate candidates to join our Sandblasting team in both Kennebunk and Sanford, ME. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. These positions play an essential role in preparing parts for coating and finishing as part of our production process.

Responsibilities:

Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal parts
Follow production specifications, instructions, and safety procedures
Inspect parts for accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Use proper PPE and follow safety guidelines
Meet daily production requirements
Work effectively as part of a manufacturing team

Desired Background/Skills:

Prior manufacturing or sandblasting experience is helpful, but training is provided
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Other Information:

Pay and Shifts Available: 2nd and 3rd shift($19.50/hr-$20/hr)
