CoWorx is seeking a Warehouse Administrator in the Salem, NH area!

The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, system administration, and process compliance. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with warehouse and operations teams.

Shift: Monday-Thursday from 7am-5pm

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements, receipts, and shipments
Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation, reports, and records
Support receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities through system and administrative tasks
Assist with quality control processes, including documentation, inspections, and corrective actions as needed
Identify discrepancies and work proactively to resolve inventory or process issues
Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older
Minimum of 2 years of inventory management experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Hands-on experience with warehouse software / warehouse management systems (WMS)
Quality control background is preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
