CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring Warehouse Returns Associates in Salem, NH! The Warehouse Returns Associate is responsible for receiving, inspecting, processing, and dispositioning returned merchandise. This role ensures returned products are accurately evaluated, documented, and routed according to company quality, inventory, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Receive and process returned merchandise from customers, stores, or carriers Inspect returned items for damage, defects, completeness, and resale eligibility Sort returns by condition (restock, refurbish, return to vendor, or disposal) Scan and update inventory systems using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) Repackage, label, and prepare approved items for restocking or shipment Complete required documentation and data entry accurately and efficiently Communicate discrepancies, damages, or trends to supervisors Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with safety policies Follow all warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations

Desired Background/Skills:

Warehouse Experience Must be at least 18 years old Previous warehouse or returns processing experience preferred Familiarity with RF scanners, WMS, or inventory systems Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Capable of lifting up to 40–50 lbs and standing for extended periods Team-oriented with dependable attendance and work ethic
