2nd Shift Production Supervisor – Sheet Metal Manufacturing – Charlestown, NH
Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Mount Kemble Search Group, the direct hire division of CoWorx Staffing Services, is accepting applications for an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead and support the Sheet Metal manufacturing team in Charlestown, NH. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, coaching and developing employees, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and driving continuous improvement across the shift. This is a direct hire placement to our client with a salary range of $70K -$73K.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily manufacturing operations and employee performance on 2nd shift
- Create and manage daily work schedules to meet production targets
- Monitor production output to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery
- Resolve production issues related to processes, equipment, or workflow
- Conduct quality checks to verify product specifications and tolerances
- Review and analyze production records, metrics, and KPIs
- Lead onboarding and training for new hires and new processes
- Coach employees, manage performance, and support employee development
- Promote a positive, safe, and engaged workplace culture
- Drive conflict resolution and ensure smooth shift handoffs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production control and leadership
- Identify process improvement opportunities in safety, quality, and efficiency

Desired Background/Skills:
- 5+ years prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and meet production goals
- Experience with quality standards, documentation, and continuous improvement
- Working knowledge of safety, EH&S, and manufacturing best practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Oversees daily activities of production associates and leads
- Sets priorities and coordinates work across the department
- Typically spends less than 20% of time performing hands-on production work
- Operates within established policies and procedures with support from management
