Looking for a new career opportunity? CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring part-time dispatchers in West Chester, OH! These positions will handle scheduling, shipping documentation, order and data entry, and auditing in a warehouse office setting. The pay rate is $22 an hour and the schedule is Monday to Friday, 5:00pm-9:00pm. Training will take place from 3:00pm to 8:00pm for the 1-2 weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input late-night work orders into GTG.
• Assign drivers to new orders, ensuring timely and efficient routing.
• Review and audit billing and driver settlements during downtime to maintain accuracy.
• Assist drivers and customers with issues or concerns that arise during the shift.
• Maintain effective communication with drivers and team members to support smooth operations.
• Keep accurate records of dispatch activities and order statuses.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Shipping, receiving, and dispatch experience.
• Ability to work in an office environment.
• Capability to meet the physical demands of the role, including sitting, standing, walking, driving, using hands, stooping, kneeling, and speaking.
