CoWorx is seeking a Entry-Level Cable Harness Assembler for Full-time / Temp-to-Hire in the Sanford, ME area!
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (½ hour lunch) & Friday – 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17–$19/hour (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Assemble cable and wire harnesses according to work instructions, diagrams, and harness boards
• Cut, strip, route, bundle, and label wires to specified lengths
• Crimp or terminate wires using hand tools and fixtures
• Inspect completed assemblies to confirm quality and accuracy
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Collaborate with team members and production leads to meet daily production goals

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read and follow written and visual work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
• Basic math skills (measuring, counting, simple calculations)
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with hand tools such as wire cutters, crimpers, or measuring tools is a plus
