CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Forklift Operators in the Hagerstown, MD area.

Responsibilities:

• Move materials on wheeled carts weighing up to 500 pounds.
• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull as required.
• Stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time.
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.
• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, or move products, equipment, and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers as required.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Ability to operate forklifts including reach truck, turret truck, order picker, or cherry picker.
• Experience with Crown or Raymond equipment preferred.
• One year of warehouse experience.
• Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Must be open to working overtime as needed.

Other Information:

1st Shift 6am-2:30pm
2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm – Hagerstown, MD
2nd shift must attend orientation on 1st shift
