As an Assembler, you’ll play an important role in creating quality millwork products that customers rely on.
Shift hours are 6:30 AM- 3 PM Monday through Friday. During peak season, employees are expected to work until 4 PM and occasionally half days on Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble interior and exterior door units and other millwork products.
• Read work orders and specifications to ensure products are built correctly.
• Operate production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect product throughout the assembly process.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Enjoy hands-on work and learning new skills.
• Can work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Have basic math and measurement skills.
• Can read and follow instructions and production orders.
• Manufacturing, assembly, construction, or woodworking experience is required.
• Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively throughout the shift.
