If you have a passion for K-beauty, love helping others discover effective skincare solutions, and have experience in science-backed skincare, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on products, ingredients, skincare routines, and brand philosophy
• Create meaningful brand experiences and drive product awareness
• Build relationships with beauty enthusiasts, skincare consumers, and store associates
• Provide personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations
• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and mini skincare consultations
• Meet and exceed established sales goals

Desired Background/Skills:

• Passion for luxury skincare and K-beauty trends
• Experience in skincare, beauty retail, aesthetics, dermatology, or science-based skincare
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to educate customers on skincare ingredients, routines, and benefits
• Proven ability to drive sales and create exceptional customer experiences
• Previous retail experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, or luxury retail
• Familiarity with skincare ingredients, trends, and Korean beauty routines
• Strong presentation, sales, and customer engagement skills
• Ability to educate, inspire, and build customer loyalty
