CoWorx is seeking Picker/Packers in the Franklin, MA area!
The candidate will report to the Supervisor/Manager of the Picking Department and be responsible for performing various warehouse activities such as moving, stocking, receiving, unloading, and packing. They will use RF scanners to process transactions and maintain high inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, stocking, receiving, and unloading materials
• Moving and organizing inventory within the warehouse
• Using RF scanners to process transactions and track inventory
• Maintaining high inventory accuracy and proper documentation
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Desired Background/Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges during warehouse activities.
• Proficiency in basic math skills for maintaining order accuracy.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
