CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring for an Operations Support Specialist in the Kennesaw, GA area to support our premier client, Yamaha Motor’s Retail Servicing Department, working closely with customers, dealers, and internal teams to ensure high service quality and compliance. The role involves both administrative and customer-facing responsibilities, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Work Environment: The role is fast-paced, requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain compliance with legal and company standards. Candidates should be comfortable working in a customer service and administrative capacity within a corporate finance/retail servicing context.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities include:

• Compose routine correspondence for customers and dealers.
• Perform mail merges and manage incoming mail (receiving, sorting, distributing daily).
• Collaborate with management to create departmental reports.
• Investigate and follow up on unidentified checks, coordinating with dealers, customers, financial institutions, and servicers.
• Facilitate documentation for internal and external audit requests.
• Handle incoming calls, provide basic customer information, and manage voicemail forwarding.
• Collect documents from dealers and dispatch correspondence.
• Upload customer documents into appropriate systems.
• Adhere to company policies and state/federal regulations for customer communication.
• Support Recovery, Repossession & Remarketing Administrators.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Background/Skills:

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in customer service.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong data entry skills with emphasis on accuracy.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
