CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate openings for Assembly Workers in Ridgeway, VA!br] These are 2nd Shift positions offering paid lunch breaks and flexible schedule in a climate-controlled environment.
Hours: 2nd Shift Hours 3:30pm-11:30pm (Pay rate – $15.50 per hour)
40 hour work week is based on product availability

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and tape boxes according to packaging requirements and production schedules.
• Pack bottles and gel syringes accurately while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Place bottles onto the production line to support continuous manufacturing operations.
• Perform rework activities, including unpacking bottles from existing boxes and repacking them into new packaging as required.
• Build product displays in accordance with company specifications and work instructions.
• Place caps on bottles and verify proper fit and product presentation.
• Stack finished goods on pallets safely and efficiently for storage and shipment.
• Work effectively in a non-climate-controlled environment where temperatures may vary based on outdoor conditions.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No previous experience required; training will be provided.
• On-the-job training available to support successful job performance.
• Ability to lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights safely and efficiently.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull as required to perform job duties.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Steel-toe shoes are required.
