• Flexible start times between 5:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week.
• Comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities:

• Perform shearing, buffing, and hole-punching operations on thin metal belts of various lengths in accordance with production requirements and specifications.
• Inspect products to verify quality, dimensional accuracy, and conformance to customer specifications.
• Use hand tools to install rivets, punch holes, and complete assembly-related tasks.
• Follow established quality standards, work instructions, and customer requirements throughout the manufacturing process.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing hands-on production tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to stand, move, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to working 40 hours each week.
