CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate temp to hire call center openings with a fantastic, employee focused client in the Newark, NJ.
11am to 7:30pm With Sunday and another day of the week off.
** Saturdays are mandatory**

Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 6 month of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in a call center environment a plus
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus but not necessary
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues

Desired Background/Skills:

• HS diploma or GED
• Experience in a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Solid ability to multitask
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
