We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Team Lead to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting production operations, coordinating daily activities, assisting with training, maintaining quality standards, and helping drive productivity in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership abilities with production experience and a commitment to continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support daily production activities to meet quality and productivity goals.
  • Lead and motivate team members, assigning tasks based on skills and workload demands.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, documentation, and records.
  • Monitor workflow and proactively communicate production issues to minimize downtime.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on procedures, quality standards, and safety practices.
  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Ensure employees have the materials and resources needed to perform their work efficiently.
  • Assist with shipping, inventory movement, and production tracking.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational goals.
  • Communicate team performance and operational updates to supervisors and management.

Desired Background/Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of production experience.
  • At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Other Information:

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
2nd Shift Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00pm
