We’re seeking a Logistics Coordinator to keep operations running smoothly and ensure shipments, schedules, and inventory stay on track.

Responsibilities:

You’ll be the heartbeat of our scheduling and customer service operations, ensuring everything flows seamlessly from warehouse to customer.
Your responsibilities will include:

Production Scheduling and Operations
Oversee production schedules and inventory flow
Check drivers in/out, assign dock doors, manage BOLs
Handle customer orders, calls, and emails with care
Prepare delivery reports and resolve inquiries quickly
Build strong supplier relationships to hit cost, quality and delivery goals

Desired Background/Skills:

Organized multitasker with great communication skills.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving drive.
1-2 Years of Transportation Experience.
Must have experience reading BOL’s.
Understanding DOT, freight, and customs requirements tied to BOLs
Working knowledge of Office 365 and AS400 a plus.

Hiring for B Shift: $18/hour in South Fort Worth, TX.
Wednesday (12PM-6PM) and Thursday-Saturday (6AM-6PM).
Must have experience with understanding DOT, freight, and customs requirements tied to BOLs.
