We’re seeking a Logistics Coordinator to keep operations running smoothly and ensure shipments, schedules, and inventory stay on track. OFF on Thurs, Friday, Saturday for Day shift and OFF Sunday, Monday, Tuesday for Nights! Perfect schedule!

Responsibilities:

You’ll be the heartbeat of our scheduling and customer service operations, ensuring everything flows seamlessly from warehouse to customer. Your responsibilities will include:

• Production Scheduling and Operations
• Oversee production schedules and inventory flow
• Check drivers in/out, assign dock doors, manage BOLs through AS400
• Handle customer orders, calls, and emails with care
• Prepare delivery reports and resolve inquiries quickly
• Build strong supplier relationships to hit cost, quality and delivery goals

Desired Background/Skills:

• Organized multitasker with great communication skills.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving drive.
• 1-2 Years of Transportation Experience.
• Must have experience reading BOL’s.
• Required understanding DOT, freight, and experience with customs requirements tied to BOLs and AS400.
• Working knowledge of Office 365.

Hiring for A Day Shift: $18/hour in South Fort Worth, TX.
Sunday- Tuesday 6am-6pm, Wednesday 6am-Noon OFF Thurs, Fri, Sat
D Night Shift: $18.50/hour Thursday- Saturday 6pm-6am, Wednesday Midnight -6am, OFF Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
Must have experience with understanding DOT, freight, and customs requirements tied to BOLs and AS400.
