CoWorx is currently hiring for Direct Hire Manufacturing Operator position for a growing and busy manufacturing company located in the Newington, NH area. The schedule for this position is 4×4 rotation schedule (12 hours), Day and Night shifts available, pay rate of $21.50 plus shift differential of 6% for night shift and $2/hour more on weekends. $1,000 to $3,000 Sign on Bonus.
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be trained by an experienced team to safely complete tasks associated with manufacturing and handling cable and equipment. You will be working in one of the manufacturing areas, working with large cable and the extrusion process and assisting with loading cable onto ships. This is an entry level position with on the job training provided.

Responsibilities:

• Wind copper onto reels.
• Perform first-level visual inspections, identify errors, and report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and remain accountable for actions.
• Follow safety guidelines, including PPE requirements, and consistently demonstrate safe work practices.
• Adhere to organizational safety and quality standards, goals, and metrics while working in a team environment.
• Promote job and process improvements within the department through 5S and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Successfully learn a variety of production processes and perform them safely and proficiently.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including hand tools and pallet jacks.
• Respond to multiple production assignments in a timely and efficient manner.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work 12 hours shift, rotation days (4 days on, 4 days off schedule)
• High school diploma or equivalency preferred
• One or more years of related manufacturing experience and/or training preferred
• Physically handles cable and inserts it into large holding pans, lifting 30-50lbs daily

4×4 schedules, Bi-Weekly Pay
