CoWorx Staffing is hiring Quality Control positions in the Bethel, CT area!

This position requires the inspection of parts and assemblies, inspected with precision measuring instruments and gauges as primary inspection tools.

Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and analyze data in accordance with work instructions, Inspection Test Masters, and specifications.
Perform developmental inspections, first-run production parts checks, in-process, and final inspections.
Carry out visual inspections using a microscope.
Prepare rejection tags and NCRs, documenting deviations in dimensions, finishes, materials, processes, or quality.
Approve acceptable parts by stamping or other methods and complete all required documentation.
Enter and analyze data accurately.
Execute additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Desired Background/Skills:

Extremely detail oriented individual.
Must read and interpret prints and specifications
Possess problem solving skills
Exhibit written and oral communication skills in English.
Must be proficient with computer.
Experience with MS Office (Excel).
Experience with optical measuring equipment.
Experience using a microscope.
Medical device inspection experience.
Experience with Good Documentation Practices.
High school degree.

Other Information:

Must be able to work 2nd shift (3:00pm to 11:00pm)
