CoWorx is seeking Final Inspection Operator in the Lawrence, MA area!
The Final Inspection Operator is responsible for ensuring the quality of printed materials before they are shipped to customers. This role involves inspecting printed products for defects, verifying order accuracy, and preparing shipments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of printed materials to identify defects such as misprints, color variations, and material damage.
• Verify that the printed materials match the customer’s order specifications, including quantity, size, and finishing.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation of quality control checks.
• Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production staff.
• Prepare, bag, and label finished products for the packaging dept.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in quality control or inspection, preferably in a printing or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent visual acuity.
• Ability to read and understand job specifications and customer orders.
• Basic computer skills and experience with data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
