About the Role
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians with strong manufacturing maintenance experience to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shift. In this role, you will maintain and repair production equipment, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and ensure continuous, safe operation in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position is ideal for candidates experienced with complex machinery, precision adjustments, diagnostics, and machine shop tools.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and support all production equipment and facility systems.
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in response to equipment errors or breakdowns.
Repair machinery and mechanical equipment—including die cutters, presses, folders, inserters, conveyor systems, and bindery equipment—using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Read and interpret diagrams, sketches, manuals, and manufacturer specifications to diagnose and repair equipment.
Reproduce or repair parts using machine shop equipment such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, surface grinders, welders, and more.
Perform precise equipment adjustments for alignment, parallelism, and concentricity to maintain proper machine performance.
Measure and analyze air/fluid pressure, flow, and related parameters using appropriate testing instruments.
Interpret complex technical drawings, wiring diagrams, hydraulic/pneumatic schematics, and equipment specifications.
Manufacture or modify parts using advanced construction and assembly techniques.
Apply knowledge of geometry, shop math, and mechanical formulas to ensure accurate fits, tolerances, pressures, and system performance.
Follow all OSHA, HazMat, Lockout/Tagout, and NEC safety regulations.

Desired Background/Skills:

Prior experience in manufacturing maintenance required.
Strong skills in installing, troubleshooting, repairing, aligning, testing, and maintaining complex equipment and machinery.
Advanced understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic control systems.
Ability to read and interpret multiview drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
Strong precision measurement capabilities (air/fluid pressure, mechanical alignment, etc.).
Experience using machine shop tools (lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses, welders).
Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and industrial maintenance best practices.
Ability to work independently on off-shift schedules.
