Quality Technician – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift | Direct Hire | $23–$27/hr | Rochester, NH Now Hiring Quality Technicians – Multiple Shifts Available! What You’ll Do: As a Quality Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring components meet all safety, regulatory, and customer standards. This is a hands-on, floor-based role, not a desk job. |

Responsibilities: Perform in-process and final inspections on parts Identify and document nonconformances using precision measurement tools Use calipers, micrometers, height gages, and other measurement devices Complete detailed inspection reports and enter data into SAP or electronic systems Interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and visual inspection criteria Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality system Maintain a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and compliance |

Desired Background/Skills: Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions Basic computer skills (Excel, Word; SAP a plus) Ability to read and interpret drawings and inspection requirements Familiarity with AS9100, QS9000, or aerospace quality systems is a plus Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and work on the production floor High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of relevant experience preferred Strong commitment to safety and quality |
