Looking for a new career opportunity? CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring part-time dispatchers in West Chester, OH! These positions will handle scheduling, shipping documentation, order and data entry, and auditing in a warehouse office setting. The pay rate is $22 an hour and the schedule is Monday to Friday, 5:00pm-9:00pm. Training will take place from 3:00pm to 8:00pm for the 1-2 weeks.

Responsibilities:

Accurately input late-night work orders into GTG. Assign drivers to new orders, ensuring timely and efficient routing. Review and audit billing and driver settlements during downtime to maintain accuracy. Assist drivers and customers with issues or concerns that arise during the shift. Maintain effective communication with drivers and team members to support smooth operations. Keep accurate records of dispatch activities and order statuses. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Desired Background/Skills:

Shipping, receiving, and dispatch experience. Ability to work in an office environment. Capability to meet the physical demands of the role, including sitting, standing, walking, driving, using hands, stooping, kneeling, and speaking.
