CoWorx is looking to add machine operators to our first and second shifts in New Bedford, MA. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating a variety of equipment to produce products for the medical and aerospace industries.

Responsibilities:

Maintain quality and quantity with a strong sense of accountability and standards Complete all relevant documentation while maintaining product traceability throughout the process Clean and maintain equipment and work area Perform mechanical and visual inspection of ceramics using a microscope, calipers, and micrometers Perform safety checks on every machine Ensure machines are producing quality products by performing periodic checks on output Carry out regular and preventative maintenance procedures Read product drawings and methods to visualize machining/grinding and plan the sequence of operations Must be flexible with cross‑training in other departments

Desired Background/Skills:

6+ months of machine operating experience is required English proficiency and basic math skills are required Experience with microscopes, calipers, or micrometers is required
