1st Shift Production Supervisor – Slatervilles RI Mount Kemble Search Group, the direct hire division of CoWorx Staffing Services, is accepting applications for experienced 1st Shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency objectives. This role is hands-on and highly visible, responsible for coordinating work priorities, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring consistent throughput and compliance across operations. This is a direct hire role to the client with a salary range of $75 – $80K.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met Lead, coach, and support production staff to achieve operational goals Coordinate daily work priorities and staffing to meet production schedules Monitor efficiency, scrap rates, and production output Ensure throughput and quality standards are consistently achieved Enforce all safety rules, procedures, and plant policies Troubleshoot production and operational issues in real time Maintain accurate manufacturing records and ensure compliance Ensure in-process inventory accuracy Escalate production, quality, or safety concerns to management and cross-functional teams as needed

Desired Background/Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent required 5+ years of manufacturing management experience 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Previous experience training and developing production teams Injection molding experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) SAP or ERP system experience required
