Position Title: Painter-Sprayer Job Location: West Boylston, MA Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00am – 3:30pm Overtime is available Pay Rate: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Candidate will spray various parts, including EMI shielding and cosmetic paint Daily tasks include mixing paints, solvents, and catalysts Must be able to read and follow written work instructions Previous experience working with a spray gun and pressure tank Knowledge of smooth and texturing techniques is a plus Use of pneumatic mechanical masking devices and fixtures Ensure quality by monitoring and following work instructions Equipment used: Spray gun, pressure feed tanks, and pneumatic mechanical masking devices

Desired Background/Skills:

Good dexterity and strong attention to detail Must be able to stand for the entire shift Must be able to lift parts up to 30 lbs Push/pull racks loaded with parts Must be able to wear a respirator daily No beards allowed, as they restrict the respirator seal PPE required: Safety glasses, face mask, respirator, ear plugs
