Mount Kemble Search Group, the direct hire division of CoWorx Staffing Services, is accepting applications for a Master Planner for a top client in the Sturbridge/Fiskdale MA area.
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Master Planner to play a critical role in our manufacturing operations. This position serves as the link between customer demand and production execution—ensuring schedules, materials, and resources are aligned to meet delivery commitments and business goals. This is a F/T, direct hire role with a salary range of $80K-$90K, BOE.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize the master production schedule
  • Balance material availability, production capacity, and customer demand
  • Use ERP/MRP systems to forecast demand and manage planning accuracy
  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales
  • Identify and resolve production constraints and material shortages
  • Monitor scheduling and ERP metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 quality and safety standards

Desired Background/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience in master scheduling or production planning (manufacturing required)
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP and purchasing systems
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
