Production Operator
Location: Manitowoc, Wisconsin
Pay: $21.50/hour + $1.00 shift differential
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Mon–Thurs), moving to 8-hour shifts in the future

Join a growing manufacturing team as a Production Operator supporting machine operations in the Add Room, Regrind Area, Roll Re-Wind, and Blender Room. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with full training and clear paths for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Remove finished product from machines
• Prepare additives for production
• Assist operators with unloading winders and performing changeovers
• Package roll and sheet skids
• Load and unload sheets for grinding
• Stack sheets for pressing
• Prepare and wrap product for delivery
• Move materials between stations
• Operate a forklift (training and certification provided)
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform bending, reaching, and rotating motions
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Strong attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to work overtime when needed

Available Shifts

• Monday–Thursday: 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am
• Transitioning to 8-hour shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift options)
