CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring a Customer Service Rep in Worcester, MA! This Individual is responsible for processing communication headset orders and taking incoming telephone calls from our customers

Responsibilities:

• Process new Purchase Orders.
• Answer general end‑user and dealer questions such as: Product information, Price and availability, Technical assistance, Product complaints, Repair procedure/address, Repair status requests.
• Answer customer questions and assist with finding the correct product needed for their application.
• Interact with Sales, Production & Inventory Control, Accounting, Engineering, and Shipping Departments daily to satisfy customer needs.
• Provide Return Authorization numbers to customers returning product for credit.
• Coordinate Demo Loaners and Shipping Papers.
• Track packages or provide tracking numbers.
• Assist walk‑in customers.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers.
• Position requires the ability to utilize and understand simple formatting and use of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree is desired.
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or office environment.
• Basic, introductory on‑the‑job training.
