Elite company in Morrow, GA is recruiting for an Account Manager Recruiter plays that key role in ensuring the organization is staffed with high-quality talent that aligns with operational needs and company culture. This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the placement of candidates while building strong relationships with hiring managers, employees, and external partners. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively fill open job orders by sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates to meet client needs and deadlines
• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement, and retention
• Schedule and conduct interviews via phone, video, and in person, using effective techniques to assess candidate fit and capabilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure CoWorx remains their first choice, whether actively or passively seeking work
• Maintain full compliance with ATS usage and internal operational processes
• May be responsible for payroll management for working talent, depending on location
• Grow client business through regular visits, relationship building, and identifying opportunities to expand services
• Collaborate with Sales, Branch Manager, and Client Specialists to understand client needs and match candidates appropriately, with a strong focus on retention
• Document and track potential new business leads and forward them to the Sales team for follow‑up
• Manage and communicate job postings and social media updates to attract qualified candidates and promote open roles
• Attend client and prospect site visits, including worksite evaluations

Desired Background/Skills:

• 2–3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong ability and desire to work closely and communicate effectively with clients and employees
• Strong technical skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate clearly and positively with clients, candidates, and internal team members
• Strong time‑management and problem‑solving abilities, with proven analytical skills to assess challenges, develop solutions, and drive results
• Ability to travel within the local market to visit clients and conduct recruiting events as needed
