CoWorx Staffing Services is currently hiring for several full-time Manufacturing Associates on both 1st and 2nd shift in York Maine. These positions offer steady hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Follow production procedures to ensure consistent quality and output.
• Prepare materials or ingredients according to company standards.
• Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with food safety or manufacturing guidelines.
• Package, label, and inspect products to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Follow safety protocols and report any issues to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Lift, move, and handle materials up to 40 pounds as needed.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Reliable attendance with availability to work Monday through Friday.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production or kitchen environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or kitchen prep is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $20/hr Hours: 4:30 AM–1:00 PM
Manufacturing Associate – 1st Shift
Pay: $20/hr Hours: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Kitchen Prep – 2nd Shift
Pay: $22/hr Hours: 1:00 PM–9:30 PM
Manufacturing Associate – 2nd Shift
Pay: $22/hr Hours: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
