Immediate openings on all shifts for electronics fabricators. Where you will work collaboratively to manufacture quality products, operating diverse tools and equipment while adhering to all specifications and standards.
Pay is dependent on shift and skill level – first, second and third shift openings.

Responsibilities:

• Read and understand safety rules, work instructions, blueprints, and other important documents.
• Understand how to use a ruler and other instruments for measurements.
• Follow all safety rules and wear required protective gear (gloves, safety glasses, smocks).
• Keep your work area clean and organized, and take care of equipment as instructed.
• Work with your team to solve problems and improve products and processes.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Experience not required but encouraged!
• Very good hand-eye coordination and skill in handling small parts and materials.
• Able to stay focused on tasks and pay close attention to details.
• Strong communication skills and able to work well and professionally with others in a manufacturing setting.
• Able to think through problems, use reasoning, and come up with new ideas or solutions.
