CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring Solder Associate in Attleboro Falls, MA! The Utility 1 Solder position will work within a solder department as an entry level operator. The Utility 1 Solder operator must be able to perform solder operations predetermined by the solder department supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up racks from set-up bench.
• Load furnace in order, keeping orders separate.
• Unload furnace in order.
• Move soldered or annealing work to next station.
• Execute housekeeping procedures for the furnace.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must be able to efficiently complete the set-up and charge operation.
• Must be able to efficiently complete the pin-stem operation.
• Must be able to efficiently complete the fusion operation.
• Must be able to efficiently complete the dapping operation.
• Must be able to safely, confidently, and efficiently operate as a furnace tender*.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous solder experience comparable to the solder techniques used here at VHB.
• Excellent hand and eye coordination.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and prioritization understanding.
