CoWorx Staffing Services, in conjunction with a national printing company, is seeking an Envelope Folding Machine Adjuster in the King of Prussia, PA area. The Envelope Folding Machine Adjuster is responsible for producing high-quality envelope products by setting up and operating folding machines, troubleshooting issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust envelope folding machines for various styles and sizes with minimal downtime.
• Ensure product quality standards are consistently met throughout production.
• Obtain required approvals for each job produced on the machine.
• Prepare and gather all necessary parts and attachments prior to machine changes.
• Identify and resolve mechanical or production issues to maintain efficiency.
• Monitor machine performance and identify worn or failing parts.
• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, adjustments, and job changes.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Envelope Machine Adjuster.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with decimals, fractions, and percentages.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, diagrams, and job specifications.
• Ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret basic graphs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Frequent use of hands for handling, operating, and adjusting equipment.
• Ability to walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Other Information:

• Shift availability on first and second shifts.
• First shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Second shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.
