CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Mechanical Fabricator candidates in the Lebanon, NH area. Immediate openings on all shifts. You will work collaboratively to manufacture quality products, operating diverse tools and equipment while adhering to all specifications and standards. Pay is dependent on shift and skill level – first, second and third shift openings.

Responsibilities:

• Read and understand safety rules, work instructions, blueprints, and other required documents.
• Use a ruler and other measuring instruments accurately.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety glasses, and smocks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve products and processes.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Manufacturing experience is not required but preferred.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and skill in handling small parts and materials.
• Ability to stay focused on tasks and maintain close attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work professionally with others in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to problem-solve, use reasoning, and develop new ideas or solutions.
