CoWorx is seeking a Stockroom Clerk in the Bourne, MA area!
The Stockroom Clerk is responsible for supporting production and inventory operations through material kitting, inventory control, production floor replenishment, and shipping support.
This role ensures that materials are accurately pulled, counted, stocked, and delivered to production in a timely manner to maintain efficient workflow and inventory accuracy.
Shift: 8:30 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Pull materials from stockroom shelves using provided work instructions.
• Follow Bills of Material (BOMs) to prepare kits for production.
• Label kits and complete inventory transactions using the company ERP system.
• Replenish materials at production workstations and stock locations.
• Perform routine cycle counts of inventory.
• Receive cross-training in shipping and receiving functions.
• Verify order accuracy before shipment.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory, stockroom, or shipping environments required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and shipping procedures a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Ability to use scales and other measuring equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs throughout the day.
