CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Customer Service Rep candidates in the Monroe Township, NJ area.
Shift Details:
1st shift: 9:30am-6pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Rep with experience and familiar with delivery and scheduling of freight trucks
• Ready to Schedule System where customers are sent text messages and emails regarding order and delivery information
• Speak to customers via phone and text system
• Coordinate deliveries with drivers and customers

Desired Background/Skills:

• Experienced working with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experienced working with office equipment such as copiers, scanning documents, phone systems, etc.
• Customer Service mindset, at least 1 year of previous work experience in an office or call center environment, not retail
