CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring an Inventory Coordinator in Nashua, NH! This Material Control Coordinator will be responsible for conducting various materials and inventory control functions in support of the company’s production and customer requirements, including, but not limited to, receiving, transacting material into stock, proper warehousing of materials, and back-up to shipping.
This role will also assist with cross functional coordination between Production, ADL, Materials Management and Planning Groups to enhance/develop material control and inventory management procedures and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately receive all materials (Inventory, MRO) in a timely manner according to established guidelines.
• Responsible for proper inventory storage and accuracy through effective control of receipts and issuances.
• Properly bag, tag, and label inventory while practicing FIFO stock rotation to ensure GMP compliance at all times.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories as required to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist in reviewing and resolving accounts payable/receivable invoice discrepancies to ensure timely resolution.
• Evaluate and propose enhancements to current material handling, storage, and flow processes to ensure timely availability to the production floor in a GMP-compliant manner.
• Assist the Production Manager and Materials team in developing improved material control procedures and production processes.
• Provide shipping support and back up shipping functions as needed.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Strong inventory experience
• Material handling experience
• High School Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years’ experience in receiving/stockroom
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and processes
• Familiar with ISO Standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Proficient in various MS Office applications
• Strong communication and organization skills
